    "This project explores the different functions of hardware manufacturing that drive revenue and profitability. Project Designed to create a functional dashboard with key metrics to assist stakeholders in making data-driven decisions. Initally data was loaded to SQL to generate quick key insights for the stakeholders. Later Power BI was connected with SQL to build a fully functional dashboard. The Dashboard was optimized for Performance and was Published to BI Service for Data Validation and UAT. The Success of the project was measured with increase sales and profit margins by 10%."

    The project utilizes MySQL to analyze and understand the website activity of an online retail company. The analysis is conducted on various business metrics to understand the performance of the company.     A Resume Challenge, to present Insights for an Ad-Hoc-Request by management for a quick and smart data-informed decisions. Requests were answered through SQL Queries and were later presented to the management through Power BI Dashboard.

    Understanding the Domain knowledge of industry such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy %, SRN, DSRN, Realization, URN, BRN, Revenue, Cancellation, Capacity was crucial to utilize the true value of the data. A Dynamic Dashboard was designed, to capture in-depth analysis of Pricing, Revenue, occupancy trends, a drill down analysis by region, individual properties, booking channels were provided to plan strategic move and regain the market share and revenue. Implementing stakeholder's thoughts into Dashboard through Domain Knowledge and Communication was Achieved.
